What is it like to visit the showroom?
You can take your time. On weekdays from 9am to 5pm you can walk in without an appointment, and on Saturday and Sunday we open the showroom by appointment for people who cannot get away during the week.
Christopher and Jaime own the business and do the buying themselves, so the person helping you can usually tell you where a rug was woven and how it was dyed. Many of our Google reviews mention them by name. Tell us the room and how it gets used, and we start pulling rugs. It helps to bring three things: the room's measurements, a few phone photos taken in daylight, and a swatch of anything the rug has to live with, like a sofa fabric or a cabinet stain.
You do not have to decide on the spot. We can bring two or three finalists to your home, lay them out, and leave them overnight so you see them in morning and evening light. Delivery and placement are free across the Valley. If nothing on the floor is quite right, we can make a custom rug made to size at the same price per square foot.
